• You are responsible for all actions taken through your account, including published content.
• You must provide real, correct, and up-to-date details.

3. Publishing Ads

• All new or modified ads are verified before publication.
• Ads must comply with the rules published on the 'Rules of placing ads' page.
• By publishing an ad, you confirm that you have the right to use the uploaded texts and images and that they do not infringe third-party rights.
• False, misleading, illegal ads, excessive duplicates, and content that could harm users or the platform's reputation are prohibited.

4. Moderation and Access Intervention

Administrators and moderators can approve, reject, modify administrative elements, restrict visibility, or deactivate ads/accounts that violate the terms, rules of the platform, or applicable legislation.

supermanos.es may request additional clarifications before approving an ad.

5. Relations between Users

Agreements, negotiations, and performance of work occur exclusively between the client and the specialist. SuperManos.es does not guarantee completion, quality, cost, deadlines, or conduct of either party.

6. Intellectual Property

The design, logo, structure of the site, texts of the platform, and technical elements belong to supermanos.es or its partners. Copying, distribution, and reuse without consent are prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

• SuperManos.es is not responsible for content published by users.
• SuperManos.es is not responsible for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform.
• The platform does not guarantee continuous operation or absence of technical errors.

8. Suspension or Termination of Access
