Rules of Placing Ads

1. General Rules

• The ad must describe real services of the professional or company.
• The information provided must be accurate and up-to-date.
• Only one ad is allowed per service, per area, per contact.
• Misleading titles and descriptions are prohibited.

2. Mandatory Content

• Clear and relevant title of the service.
• Correct region of activity.
• Valid phone number.
• Useful description of at least 80 characters.
• At least one main image and at least one image in the gallery.

3. What is Prohibited

• Obscene, offensive, discriminatory, or aggressive language.
• False contact details or fraud attempts.
• Irrelevant, low-quality, or copyright-infringing images.
• Advertising goods/services not related to the platform's profile.
• Spam, duplicate ads, or attempts to manipulate visibility.

4. Moderation and Administration

• All new and edited ads switch to the 'on moderation' status.
• Administrators can approve, reject, or request corrections.
• Ads violating rules may be rejected or deactivated without prior notice.
• After deactivation, the ad can be edited and resent for moderation.

5. User Responsibility

The user publishing the ad is responsible for correctness, legality of services, and compliance with the applicable legislation of the Spain.
